Motif Application on Tin Metal Trays
The tin metal tray motif is applied on sheet metal by offset printing. We are using sheet metal of 0.5 mm. Once the motif is covered with a varnish layer on flat sheet metal, we stamp the trays to their final shape. The key indicator for price calculation is the number of colours on the inner and outer side of the tray. We can impress the metal trays with both four-colour print (CMYK) and a combination of direct colours. Different metallic effects are very popular – shiny metallic silver or shiny gold. The minimum production order quantity for tin metal trays is 2,000 pieces by motif.
